SCOPE OF ROLE:
Are you an experienced benefits professional passionate about designing and delivering comprehensive employee benefits packages? We're seeking a talented Sr. Benefits Analyst to play a pivotal role in shaping and managing our benefits and wellness programs. Collaborate with our team, lead projects, and ensure our health, wellness, savings, and retirement plans not only meet company objectives, but also support and enhance our employees' well-being.

How You Will Succeed:
Shape Our Benefits Strategy: Partner with the team to create, develop, and implement new benefits programs or modify existing plans to enhance our offerings.
Ensure Smooth Administration: Take ownership of the day-to-day administration of our benefits plans, ensuring compliance with regulations and our plan documents.
Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide a positive employee experience by responding promptly to benefits inquiries, proactively gathering employee feedback, and using insights to improve benefit offerings.
Serve as a Benefits Advisor: Act as the trusted resource for all things benefits-related, providing guidance and insights to employees and stakeholders.
Enhance System Capabilities: Work closely with HRIS to optimize systems, ensure user-friendly benefits self-service options, implement analytics and dashboards to provide strategic insights and maintain accurate vendor interfaces.
Foster Strong Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with benefit vendors and consultants, driving optimal service quality and cost control.
Compliance Champion: Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes (ERISA, ACA, etc.) and ensure our plans remain compliant.

Required Experience:
Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience: 3+ years of hands-on benefits experience, demonstrating a deep understanding of health, welfare, wellness and savings plans.
Technical Knowledge: Strong grasp of benefits regulations like ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, and ACA.
Problem-Solver: Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for data analysis with tools like Microsoft Excel.
Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with employees, vendors, and senior stakeholders.

Desired Skills
Benefits, PHR or CEBS certification is a plus.
