Schedule:

1st Shift | 8 AM - 5 PM | Monday - Friday


Pay: $18.00/hr - $19.00/hr

Requirements: Skills needed to be successful in this role include a positive attitude, remaining calm and organized in a fast-paced environment, and excellent Microsoft Office software abilities. An interested candidate must be fluent in Spanish and English.


Duties: The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will be responsible for updating customer information in the computer system, answering incoming calls and either resolving the issue or directing them to the appropriate people, explaining services and products the company offers, always providing excellent customer service, participating in the professional development of job skills, and other duties as needed.
