Customer Support - Returns

Position Summary

The position is responsible for supporting the daily operations for Care Return Risk operations. This role involves inventory management of B-Good products, warranty claim audits, and processing vendor invoices. Support with minimizing return loss by analyzing, auditing, and reconciling vendor invoices and warranty claims.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily review and submission of approved B-Good scrap
  • Daily review of warranty claim audits
  • Review and process vendor invoices, chargebacks, deductions, and submission timely
  • Reconcile discrepancies involving inventory and invoices
  • Support forecasting process for Return Risk operations
  • Analyze invoices, warranty claim activity, and inventory scrap movement to identify trends to reduce return loss
  • Recommend improvements and cost savings by reviewing vendor's performance and costs

Requirements:

  • BS/ BA degree preferred or equivalent experience in Accounts Payable or Service Operation.
  • At least 3 years of work experience in Finance, Banking, and/or Service operation.
  • Experience with SAP preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook Email, and Excel.
  • Proficiency in CSV file creation and requirements.
  • Being familiar with the sales or service operation of electronic goods.
  • Experience with banking and shipment tracking websites.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
