About the Role:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Vail, CO. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students by providing one-on-one behavioral support and intervention services.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or supervisor
  • Provide direct 1:1 support and intervention to students during school hours
  • Monitor and document student behavior and progress towards goals
  • Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other professionals to support student success and well-being

Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Previous experience working with children or adolescents with behavioral challenges preferred
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
