Part-time Speech Language Pathologist
3 days per week, School-Based

Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team on a part-time basis for the 23/24 school year. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in supporting our students' communication and language development. This position requires working with students in grades K-6th, with a caseload ranging from 35 to 38 students.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech and language abilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
• Provide speech and language therapy services to students individually or in small groups
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication needs
• Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed
• Attend and actively participate in team meetings and professional development activities

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
• Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
