I'm looking for someone to help me with housekeeping, kids' laundry, and babysitting (at home and traveling).
I would work this in a way that you would get paid for 40hours/week. We would discuss our schedules every two weeks, so babysitting needs could be met with the remaining time dedicated to housekeeping and the kid's laundry.
