Position Overview:
- Job Title: Office Clerk
- Location: Woodbury, NY
- Schedule: In-office, Full-time 8:30am-5:00pm
- Salary: $18 per hour
We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join the team in Woodbury, NY, as a Clerical Staff member for an upbeat, energetic office team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Client Coordinators (CSR) across various departments
- Perform clerical tasks such as typing, data entry, and document writing in Microsoft Word
- Learn and navigate database efficiently
- Handle phone calls and maintain professional communication
- Assist with sending reports to clients
- Multitask and manage responsibilities in multiple job functions
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of relevant clerical experience preferred
- Strong data entry skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and some Excel skills
