We are seeking an exceptional Operations Manager for a one-of-a-kind vacation rental company in Sevier County, TN. This opportunity will oversee the day-to-day as well as big picture operations for a variety of unique vacation rentals in beautiful East Tennessee. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a company that values their employees and offers exceptional advancement opportunities as well as a great work-life balance (mostly Monday through Friday work schedule).
Compensation: $65,000-$75,000 base (Commensurate with Experience) + bonus potential, Healthcare, PTO, and more!
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Operations experience in a Property Management or Vacation Rental setting
- Hiring, training, and developing key employees
- Ability to oversee and manage multiple schedules and have strong attention to detail
- Strong customer service and communication with guests, vendors, and internal teams
- Ability to travel to between locations
