Full Time/ Part Time/ PRN

REGISTERED NURSE (RN) HOME HEALTH RESPONSIBILITIES:

Registered Nurse (RN) provides skilled nursing care to patients at home on an intermittent basis
Registered Nurse (RN) supervises LPNs and CNAs
Registered Nurse (RN) follows physician orders in providing care

REGISTERED NURSE (RN) HOME HEALTH QUALIFICATIONS:

Associate, Bachelor or Master’s Degree in nursing approved by an accredited organization,
Currently licensed in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse,
Having a strong motivation to work in home healthcare,
Computer skills,
Familiarity with Conditions of Participation and Oasis knowledge,
Great hands on skills: wound care, wound vac and IV skills. other
