We are seeking an exceptional Restaurant Manager to oversee all aspects of operations for a upscale restaurant with a rich tradition in Columbus, OH. This restaurant is known for being a premier destination for food and wine lovers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to be a part of a company that values tradition of community and family through exceptional food.
Compensation: $70,000-$90,000 base (Commensurate with Experience) + bonus potential, Healthcare, PTO, and more!
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Restaurant Management experience
- Hiring, training, and developing restaurant staff
- Financial acumen including building budgets and monitoring sales and expenses
- Strong leadership ability overseeing both the front and back of house
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
