• Experience working in the Automotive Manufacturing Industry

Main Duties:

• Be a positive influence
• Complete daily work assignments as instructed by the TL and Supervisor
• Cross train team members to assure flexibility
• Participate in all CI activities within the assigned areas
• Drive and complete assigned 5S activities
• Assist TL and Supervisor in driving down top defect issues
• Knowledge of all assembly-related processes
• Attention to detail
• Ensure parts are to customer Quality standard
• Focus on standard work and Quality in station
