About the Role

Matic is seeking a high-volume Sales Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition Team. This person would be responsible for hiring entry-level to associate level sales roles to meet the growing hiring demands of Matic's call center sites.

We are looking for a self-starter with recruiting fundamentals to help build on a strong culture of recruiting. Hiring great talent quickly is our Talent Acquisition Team's mission - the success of this Sales Recruiter will have a direct impact on Matic's success, we perform the best when we hire the best! This role will partner with Matic's leaders to recruit, assess and hire talent across all sales teams.

This Sales Recruiter position would be for a 3-month contract. Continued hiring demand would determine any contract extension or opportunity for a full-time permanent position.

Responsibilities

  • Full Cycle Recruiting - own the end-to end recruiting process ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Active Sourcing - leveraging your network and social recruiting strategies to attract top talent to Matic. This is not a post and coast role!
  • Talent Assessment - tactfully attract top talent in conversation while assessing for role/culture fit
  • Interview Coordination - work directly with Matic leaders + external talent to ensure all parties are aligned on interview details
  • Offer Negotiations - Talent Acquisition at Matic leads the job offer conversation from consulting on compensation to closing candidates
  • Pre-employment - own offer letter and background check generation
  • Strategic planning - develop and execute long-term hiring strategies designed to elevate the performance of supported business units.
  • Data driven - our success isn't generated by luck, instead we obsess over the details and study our data to understand how we can improve our candidate approach

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • 2+ years recruiting for sales positions
  • Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Handshake, and/or any other resume datebase
  • Contact center and/or early talent sales recruiting experience
  • Experience working directly with hiring leaders to shape assessment and interview processes
  • Experience in developing and executing active candidate sourcing strategies; leveraging multiple sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit for multiple hiring manager, departments and seniority levels of an organization including sales and customer service
  • Experience using ATS (Greenhouse preferred) + HRIS software (BambooHR preferred)
