Position: Personal Assistant

Location: Columbus, OH

Schedule: Weekends Off

Salary: $20.50 - $25.50 per hour

Job Description: Pattern Promotions is seeking a dedicated and organized Personal Assistant to join our team. As a Personal Assistant, you will provide comprehensive support to our executives and help ensure the smooth operation of our office. Responsibilities:

1. Manage executives' calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
2. Screen and respond to incoming calls and emails on behalf of executives.
3. Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.
4. Coordinate meetings and conferences, including logistical arrangements.
5. Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience as a personal assistant or administrative assistant preferred.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
