Dental Patient Coordinator

The Dental Group at Polaris in Lewis Center Ohio seeks a knowledgeable Front Desk Patient Coordinator to join our team. As a Patient Coordinator, you will greet our patients, verify their insurance, and assist in managing the dental administrative tasks necessary to operate a successful dental practice. You will demonstrate top-notch customer service and develop patient rapport by exemplifying leadership. If you have experience working in a dental office, providing exceptional patient care, and delivering flawless service, we'd love to hear from you.

$20 - $25 hourly

• Provide excellent customer service and grow patient relationships
• Oversee all non-clinical tasks of the office
• Ensure compliance with administrative duties
• Have knowledge of dental insurance and codes
• Maintain key holder responsibilities
• Give treatment presentations to patients
• Possess proficiency in dental software
• Schedule patients as top priority

• Must have at least 1-2 years of Dental experience
• Knowledge of Dental procedures

• Friendly demeanor in making patients feel special upon arrival
• Flexible hours M-F 8:30-5:30

Our office is growing with 15-20 new patients each month. Our Dentist performs procedures such as implant placement, root canals, cosmetic procedures, aligner therapy, extractions, general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, and endodontic procedures.
