Personal Lines Account Associate

1. Personal Lines Account Associate is a critical support position within the Lemon Mohler Insurance Agency. You will be an integral part of an amazing team focused on efficiency, collaboration and achievement. Working hand in hand with the Account Managers. Your efforts will advance the vision of the company, aid in growth and help to elevate the Personal Lines Department. You will be working in a friendly, dynamic, customer focused, environment that requires, insight, expertise, and personal investment. 1. Responsible for gathering the information for the renewal for the designated Account Manager and Senior Account Manager clients.
2. Requote renewal rates on all Personal Lines policies as directed.
3. Process all call-in endorsements.
4. Handle mortgage changes and other endorsements.
5. Accept and apply payments from agency customers.
6. Work with mortgage companies to seek payments and resolve balances.
7. Accomplish all duties with a high degree of professionalism and maturity.
8. Performs other duties as assigned by the Department Manager.

The Personal Lines Account Associate must be a highly self-motivated, detail oriented, team player with excellent communication skills. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat is preferred. At least 6 months of work experience or internship in a modernized business environment.
