- Collaborate with team members to assess and plan plumbing projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion.

- Educate customers on proper maintenance and care of their plumbing systems to prevent future issues.

- Must be able to keep productively engaged at all times and work with a minimal amount of supervision

- Relevant Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential plumbing

- Education Level: High school diploma or equivalent

- A valid MA driver's license and a clean driving record

- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing plumbing problems

- Knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

- Reliable, professional, and punctual

- Hard-working and motivated

- Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

- Valid Massachusetts Journeyman Plumber license
