Role: Office Manager
PURPOSE: Work and execute on all aspects of front office operations, offer consistent and friendly customer services in accordance with company goals and guidelines, provide administrative support to all areas of the business, and maintain contact with estimators and technicians.

PURPOSE: Work and execute on all aspects of front office operations, offer consistent and friendly customer services in accordance with company goals and guidelines, provide administrative support to all areas of the business, and maintain contact with estimators and technicians.
Administrative Assistant Qualifications:
- Arrive on time and ready to work
- Working knowledge of office technology- computers, MS Office, etc.
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online
- Ability to learn and accept feedback, positive and corrective
- Pleasant and courteous on the phone
- Be organized. Have good communication skills.
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Assist colleagues: office staff and foreman.
- Filing, copying, faxing, correspondence, order supplies, etc.
- Answer phones, distribute messages, and follow up on phone messages. Represent our company in a professional manner, most likely being the first person the customer comes in contact with. Answer any questions, paving the way for the estimator.
- Schedule estimate appointments.
- Send pre-appointment materials introducing the company.
- Coordinate all aspects of job scheduling, invoicing and close-out procedures.
- Material ordering and inventory tracking.
- Send "Thank You" cards to all clients at job completion.
- Social Media Management
- Attending Networking events
- Update and maintain a customer database.
- Process credit card payments.
- Type proposals and job scopes on occasion.
- Process invoices and payment collections.
- Cost Accounting: Job Costing, Materials Costing, AR report management.
- Bookkeeping & Reporting: Maintain accurate bookkeeping records in coordination with company Bookkeeper and monthly reporting obligations.
- Marketing: Materials, Home Shows, Email Campaigns & more.
