Job Title:  Maintenance Assistant - temp to hire

Location:   NW, Washington, DC 

Pay Range:  $20 per hour 

What’s the Job?
Responsible for completing maintenance tasks such as:

• Perform basic plumbing
• Perform minor electrical repairs
• Repair flooring
• Repairing wall coverings 

What’s Needed?

• High School or GED
• Two years of maintenance experience 
• Experience HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical and code compliance 
• Understanding of OSHA, fire prevention and safety regulations
