- Clinical responsibilities include admitting, rounding, discharges, consultative services for the specialties, attending to RRTs and Codes.
- Distribute morning census to the team and triage admitted patients from the Emergency Department.
- Work collaboratively with specialists, which involves pre-operative assessments and co-management of surgical patients.
- Applicants will be competent in managing a broad spectrum of patient diagnosis.
- Commit to providing exceptional quality of care and experiences to the Middlesex Health patient community.
- Flexible and responsive to patient needs and unexpected staffing changes.
- Active Connecticut State License and Unrestricted DEA
- Certified Nurse Practitioner
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS
- CDS License
- Minimum of one year of Hospitalist Experience
- Clear Personal & Professional Background preferred
