Patient Transporter - Part-time

Located in Connecticut our healthcare organization is nationally accredited and has received national recognitions for our quality of care and patient safety. As a patient transporter you are responsible for the safe, timely and accurate transport of patients and patient-related items to their destinations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Properly and safely transports patients, transportation of patients.
• Demonstrates competency in transporting all specific age groups.
• Ensures the safe, timely and accurate transport of patients to their destination.
• Communicates effectively with our clinical staff.
• Ensures the comfort of the patient by being attentive.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous patient transporting experience preferred.
• Must maintain CPR Certification
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Prior experience in the healthcare field preferred.

Details:

• Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:30am – 4:00pm
• Pay: $17/hr. 
• Pay cycle – weekly | Medical, Dental & Vision benefits offered.
• All applicants must be vaccinated for CV-19 to qualify for this position.
• Must posses and retain a valid Motor Vehicle Operator's license
