Position: Sales Support Representative  

Location: Honolulu, HI

Pay: $15/hr to $20/hr (based on experience)

Experience: Customer sales servicing experience desired; working knowledge of the healthcare industry is preferred but not required

Education: High school diploma or GED 

Type: Full-time; Contract 

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.

Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Sales Support Representative to join a growing and dynamic team!  

 

Job Description: 

• Primary resource to support through the contracting, group enrollment, and renewal process
• Assist with researching, processing and following up on group/member inquiries, and assist with day-to-day servicing requirements
• Keeping the customer updated on status of their request as well as ensuring accurate and timely issue resolution
• Handle day-to-day servicing inquiries directly with account contact via e-mail and phone
• Prepare and submit documentation of accepted renewal rates and benefit changes for system updates
• Assist with activities associated with Open Enrollment and new group onboarding as needed
• Work with internal departments to answer account questions and resolve issues as needed
• Assist with researching, processing and following up on inquiries from employer groups
• Work in collaboration with cross functional teams and serve as the in-office contact for field-based team members

Position Requirements: 

• Proficient with PC and Microsoft Office
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Must be self-directed and work well under tight deadlines with initiative
• Ability to analyze data and present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner
• Successfully multitask and be pro-active in servicing customer issues
• Must have a customer focused and positive attitude with good time management
• Plan and organize with strong attention to detail
• Must show proof of COVID-19 vaccination (unless reasonable accommodation is approved)
