Speech Language Pathologist | Upper Arlington, OH

PositionOverview:
Weare seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join a great district in Upper Arlington, OH.As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in creating inclusive and nurturing classroom environments, tailoring instruction to meet individualized education plans (IEPs), and helping students with disabilities reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:

• Hours per week -35
• K-5 caseload
• one building/school site
• Caseload/population - around 67

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or a related field.
• Must have a OH SLP license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Knowledge of various teaching strategies, assistive technologies, and accommodations.
• Experience working with students with diverse needs and abilities.

Compensation

• W-2 Employment Contract for onsite positions.
• 1099 Employment Contract for virtual positions.
• Direct/ Indirect Services paid equally.
• Full Time Employees over 30 hours are eligible for benefits.
