Kimco Staffing in partnership with a TOP-NOTCH manufacturing company located in the city of Buena Park, CA.
This furniture manufacture company is currently looking for full-time Receiving Clerks to join their team!
2nd Shift Shipping Clerk:
Pay: $19.50 - $20.50
Major Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
- Execute the company’s transportation plan by shipping all outbound customer orders with the assigned carriers.
- Validate order quantities and generate all required reciving documents and labels.
- Transact all receiving activities within the company’s Transportation Management system.
- Work with load teams to ensure the accurate loading of all outbound freight.
- Actively communicate all equipment and pickup requirements to all carriers as needed.
- Coordinate all expedite receiving requirements with Transportation and Customer Service teams.
- Respond to and resolve any identified in-transit shipment discrepancies.
- Field Transportation and Customer Service e-mails and phone calls as needed.
- Other duties as required
Requirements:
- Drug Screen
- Steel Toe shoes
- Everify
- Work overtime as need
- Ability to stand and walk over an 8-hour shift
- Schedule 3:00 PM to 11:30 AM (Monday to Friday)
- Must be proficiency with Excel
- Must be proficiency with Word
