Join our dynamic team as a Remote Outbound Call Center Representative! We are a leading company dedicated to providing top-notch services to our clients. With a focus on excellence and innovation, we're seeking individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Position Overview:
As an Outbound Call Center Representative, you'll handle a high volume of outbound calls, averaging 60 to 80 per hour, following a structured script. You'll also assist inbound inquiries from customers seeking insurance quotes. Matching callers with suitable Insurance Companies, you'll thrive in a dynamic environment, meeting, and exceeding targets with strong communication skills.

Location:
This is a remote position; however candidates must be local to Memphis, TN. and available to work during the hours of M-F 7a-9p and occasional Saturdays in the Central Time Zone.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided scripts.
• Engage with prospects in a professional and courteous manner.
• Clearly communicate product/service features and benefits.
• Qualify leads and set appointments for sales representatives.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly call quotas and performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in outbound call centers or telemarketing highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and phone etiquette.
• Ability to follow scripts while also adapting to customer responses.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• High level of self-motivation and resilience.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other call center tools.
