Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are upheld, including greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Supervise and train front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and cashiers, to maintain high service standards and efficiency.
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours and optimize labor costs.
- Oversee inventory of front-of-house supplies, such as utensils, napkins, and condiments, and coordinate with management to restock as needed.
- Monitor food and beverage presentation and ensure adherence to company standards for taste, appearance, and portion size.
- Manage cash register operations, including processing payments, handling cash, and reconciling daily sales reports.
- Enforce cleanliness and safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- 1-2 years in restaurant service.
- Must be able to operate and troubleshoot a POS system
- A friendly attitude when dealing with our teams and our guests.
- The ability to lead a team in a supportive, constructive and positive way.
