Job Description
AllSTEM Connections is looking for a Customer Service Representative to work in Buffalo, New York. This will be hybrid work schedule: Monday and Friday will work remote; Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday on-site. 8:30am-5pm schedule, 1-year initial contract with possibility of extension or direct hire.

Responsibilities:

• Problem solving; decision-making abilities

• Ability to work in a team atmosphere

• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously; Flexibility

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree preferred, not required

• 2-4 years business experience with customer service background

• PC skills – Windows, MS Word - STRONG Excel skills - must be able to utilize pivot tables and vlookup- SAP a plus

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
