Shift: Night shift

Schedule: Variable Shifts (40 hours per week total) with Weekend availability

Job Description:
Seeking a multistate licensed provider to join the rapidly growing team and to help refine the text-centered patient experience. We build patient relationships and are the trusted resource needed to improve health outcomes while minimizing time and financial impacts on patients. We deliver care and treatment to patients in a caring, compassionate manner through text, phone, video, and email. As a critical part of the team, you will play an integral role, in ensuring One to One delivers superior patient experiences to continue the success of the organisation.

Minimum Qualifications:

· Active licenses in TN, GA, and IN are required.

· Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Certified Physician Assistant with an active license, 1- year experience in family medicine, internal medicine or urgent care setting required.

· Experience with telemedicine and a high level of comfort with technology preferred

· Multistate licenses required

· DEA license preferred

· BLS Certified
