*Responsibilities:*
* Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure timely delivery of materials to clients.
* Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to streamline the material procurement process.
* Monitor and track customer orders to provide regular updates to the Sales team.
* Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to order fulfillment.
* Schedule and track freight shipments to meet delivery deadlines.
* Communicate with logistics partners to optimize transportation processes.
* Assist in processing sales-related paperwork and documentation.
* Ensure accuracy and completeness of all sales records.
* Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
* Provide information and assistance to customers as needed.
* Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for sales documents.
* Retrieve and file documents as required.
* Generate regular reports for the Sales team, summarizing key metrics and performance indicators.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
