Key Accountabilities

  • Be an Outgoing Organizer: Work and manage multiple channels of communication with a variety of team members to ensure exemplary collaborative working relationships.
  • Be a Creative Coordinator: Working with the Managing Director of Integration, review and help create or update home office processes and procedures.
  • Be a Clear Communicator: Present information both clearly and concisely and regularly confirm correct interpretation of information and expectations.
  • Be a Positive Pivoter: With shifting responsibilities and projects, this role requires flexibility and a high level of engagement with tasks.

Duties

This position description is designated to outline primary duties, qualifications, and job scope, but not limit the individual or the organization to just the work identified. It is our expectation that each employee will offer their services wherever and whenever necessary to ensure the success of our endeavors.

  • Complete administrative duties as assigned, including organizational tasks, Arrow App updates, calendar management, and communication follow-ups.
  • Ensure proper allocation of credit card purchases for the CORE team.
  • Assist or lead creative follow-up and appreciation efforts for employees and vendors.
  • Coordinate and book travel arrangements for home office team members.
  • Assist Special Projects team with organization and inventory management efforts.
  • Manage confidential documents and correspondence with discretion including those related to personal and professional matters.
  • Travel to new development sites and current communities to assist with onsite needs.
  • Participate in all training offered by employer.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Candidate must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Professional in appearance and conduct.
  • Must be criminally cleared.
  • Shall have a high school diploma, or equivalent.
  • Able to follow written and verbal directions and apply practical problem-solving skills if needed.
  • Be proficient at Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Possess clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Positive and energetic attitude.
  • Reliable, responsible, and good at detail.

Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate in person and through written correspondence. This position is sedentary, requiring sitting at a desk up to eight hours a day. The position also requires traveling to communities and regional offices and will require some physical activity. This position also requires employee to be able to retrieve items from storage, including overhead bins or cabinets. The employee must be able to lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds.
