Flexible 2 days a week for busy family with 3 kids

Searching for long term care 2 days a week for our 3 children ages 7,4,1. Our 4 year old has a developmental delay and needs more supervision than a typical 4 year old but is very happy and loves to play. Our 1 year old does have epilepsy but you will be trained how to give a rescue med should it ever be needed. Most days duties are split up with mom to divide task such as school drop off and pick up and activities. Most days will be spent with our 4 year old. Help with getting breakfast ready and getting kids to school. While older two kids are at school being with our 1 year old. School pick up and lunch/snack prep. Sometimes taking and sitting in on speech or occupational therapy with our 4 year old. Helping with kids laundry and toy straightening. Location is Upper Arlington. We are in a very walkable portion of UA with plenty of parks nearby.
