Machine Operator - 1st Shift - Full-time

What a Machine Operator will do:

• Follow GMP, HACCP, and other Food Safety Policies
• Operate assigned machines
• Disassemble the assigned machines for sanitizing
• Maintain quality assurance by inspecting products while operating a machine
• Assist in setting up jobs
• Assist in quality testing of products
• Bring questions and concerns to the Quality Inspector, Quality Manager, and/or Supervisor
• Assist with completing Daily Output Sheets, productivity reports, and other paperwork as required
• Work as a team with customer service, management, and production personnel

What you need to be a Machine Operator:

• Willingness to work outside, sometimes on a short notice
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Must be able to multi-task
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work with limited supervision
• Good written and verbal communication skills
