DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In this role, you will oversee vehicle upkeep and cleanliness for executive staff. You will establish an efficient system in the Fleet Maintenance department and act as a backup clerk for the garage. This includes preparing pool cars, monitoring reservations, and providing transportation. You will also handle mail deliveries, pick up parts and supplies, assist with snow removal, and perform groundskeeping duties. Additionally, you will carry out general building repairs and provide assistance to mechanics.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

• Full-time employment
• Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch.
• This position is eligible for Alternate Work Schedule (AWS).
• Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

• Two years of experience as a Maintenance Repairman 1; or
• Four years of experience in building and plant maintenance work, which has involved at least two of the building, electrical, or mechanical trades; or
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training that affords the applicant with the Required Knowledges, Skills, and Abilities.

Special Requirement:

• This position requires possession of a valid Class C driver's license.

Additional Requirements:

• You must be able to perform essential job functions.
