SUMMARY: The Pizza Chef is responsible for making pizzas to specification using an extra-large, fresh dough ball. Produces pizza quickly and efficiently. Maintains a clean and safe station.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards
Clean food preparation areas, cooking surface, utensils
Operate pizza ovens/conveyor ovens
Accurately measure ingredients required for building menu items
Cook to quantities to meet changing demand levels throughout the day
Clean, stock, restock workstations and display cases
Must be able to fulfill all shifts for full stadium events
Work closely with Market Operations Supervisor
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no supervisory responsibilities
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
HS Diploma or equivalent
1- 2 years experience in a Pizza shop/restaurant producing fresh dough pizzas, supervising staff, managing product quality, inventory, and production.
Ability to build and cook pizzas and related items consistently to specification
Knowledge of dough, sauce, cheeses and other pizza components
Experienced in handling raw dough to prepare pizza items
Be able to stand and walk for 9-10 hours per event
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs
