Job ID: 24-01588 Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA - Specialty Winchester, VA MUST: Experienced Certified Nursing Assistant Must have 1 plus years of experience a Certified Nursing Assistant Must have EMR experience; Must have current hands on clinical experience Must have strong verbal and written communication skills Must have experience working a multi-physician practice Must have experience handling high patient volume Experience with in office surgical procedures highly preferred Experience scribing is highly preferred DUTIES: The Certified Nursing Assistant will be responsible for, but not limited to the following: Triage patients Provide clinical assistance including some transcription and scribe duties Welcome patients and visitors by greeting patients and visitors, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries Optimize patients' satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone Ensure availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information Ability to work under pressure Ability to multi-task Be dependable and work well as a team Maintain business office inventory and equipment by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies; scheduling equipment service and repairs Protect patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information Maintain operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed *Quadrant, Inc. is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
