Front Desk Clerk

We are seeking a Front Desk Clerk to become a part of our small team! You will accommodate guests while providing a welcoming atmosphere, and maintaining order. This is a 1099 position, you will be required to fill out a W9. We do not offer paid time off, standard overtime pay, or other benefits. We are looking for a candidate that will be able to be here each scheduled day. Schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday from 9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. (32 hours per week).

Responsibilities:

• Register and assign sites to guests
• Make and cancel reservations
• Respond to guest needs, requests, and complaints
• Collect payment from guests and maintain accounts
• Keep records of occupied sites and guests
• Perform site checks and meter readings
• Communicate pertinent guest information to the property manager

• Previous experience in customer service, front desk service, campground or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with guests
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent skills in time management and conflict resolution
