Automated Health Systems is hiring Full-time and Part time Eligibility Specialist in Columbus, Ohio.
Bilingual skills (i.e., Spanish) a plus.
All equipment provided by Automated Health Systems to be picked up at 505 South High Street, Columbus, Ohio.
Qualifications for the position include:
- 2 years Call Center Experience required.
- 2 years Health Insurance/Medicaid required.
- Customer-focused with a passion for helping people.
- Strong PC proficiency with a willingness to learn.
- Associate degree and/or call center experience preferred.
- Ability to handle high call volume in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain confidentiality of personal health information.
Available shifts - Monday through Friday 9 AM-8 PM. Paid Training.
Benefits available for full time and part time employees.
