Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our dynamic team as an Esthetician / Medical Spa Technician.

As an integral part of our spa, you will handle front desk duties and ensure the smooth operation of daily spa maintenance tasks. Our spa specializes in non-invasive body contouring treatments, facial treatments and offers an array of premium skincare products.

Responsibilities:

• Create a serene and inviting atmosphere by meticulously preparing treatment rooms with light cleaning and sanitization.
• Maintain impeccable organization by retrieving and organizing client files for easy access.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly answering phone calls and addressing inquiries with utmost professionalism.
• Utilize your organizational skills to efficiently schedule appointments and manage client bookings.
• Facilitate seamless transactions by collecting payments from clients in a courteous manner.
• Capture the transformative journey of our clients by taking before and after photos with precision and care.
• Ensure client satisfaction through quality control callbacks, actively seeking feedback to continuously enhance our services.
• Support the flow of patients by assisting with discharge instructions and scheduling follow-up appointments.
• Showcase your passion for aesthetics and our product line by promoting retail sales and guiding clients towards optimal skincare solutions.
• Assist in expanding our brand presence by contributing to marketing efforts and leveraging social networking platforms.
• Stay on top of inventory by diligently tracking and restocking products as needed, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Foster strong vendor relationships by promptly ordering supplies when necessary, ensuring uninterrupted operations.
• Collaborate closely with the owner to guarantee a comfortable and professional experience for our valued clients.
• Enhance your skills and knowledge by actively participating in staff trainings for new procedures, retail products, and protocols.
• Learn to perform Treatments such as Hydrafacial, CryoSculpting, CryoChin, Cellulite, Toning, Lymphatic Drainage and more.
• Showcase your computer proficiency and willingness to learn new software for efficient patient scheduling.

Requirements:

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent (Preferred).
• Demonstrate at least 1 year of experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Exhibit strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
• Showcase basic computer skills, enabling you to handle digital tasks with ease.
• Display excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail to ensure a flawless client experience.
• Present yourself professionally with a polished appearance and a positive, friendly attitude.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for the field of aesthetics and a strong desire to continually learn and grow.
• Possession of an Esthetician License is preferred, showcasing your expertise in the field.
• Familiarity with dermal fillers and aesthetic treatments is highly desired, highlighting your specialized knowledge.
• Previous managerial experience will be an advantage, reflecting your potential for growth and leadership.
• Nurses experienced in injections welcome. Pay rate is increased for Nurses.

Schedule: This position offers the flexibility of part-time hours, with the potential for transitioning into a full-time role. Shifts will typically be 8 hours or less, and some weekend availability (usually 9:45 AM-5: 45 PM, times may vary) will be required. We are typically open Tuesday - Saturday
