**Job Description:**

As a Sales Associate at TRS Motorsports , you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales of our inventory Electronic ECUs, and other parts, and accessories. We seek a candidate with a profound passion for the motorsports and Drag Race industry, coupled with a background in sales and retail experience. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers both in person and over the phone, delivering exceptional service and ensuring seamless sales transactions.

• Basic knowledge of vehicle parts and mechanics (automotive ok)
• Retail sales experience
• Efficiently learn and update our media pages and manufacturer websites
• Friendly and outgoing
• Customer oriented
• Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
• Motivated to achieve monthly goals
• Clean, professional appearance
• Self-motivation with delegated tasks
• Actively participate in the sale of our Product Line and update current inventory.

**Customer Interaction:**

- Deliver outstanding customer service, fostering positive experiences in-store and during phone interactions.

- Address customer inquiries promptly and provide product information to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.

**Qualifications:**

- Possession of reliable transportation.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

- A determined and results-driven mindset, dedicated to meeting and exceeding customer expectations.

- Previous sales experience within the motorsports or Drag Racing area, particularly in a retail setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour Based on Experience

Expected hours: No less than 35-40 per week
