Currently seeking an Bookkeeping Clerk for a part-time-time temporary to permanent position in Fall River, MA.
Responsibilities of Bookkeeping Clerk:
-Assist with general bookkeeping tasks
-Answer phones occasionally
-Prepare and send invoices to clients
-Perform data entry of employee hours into Excel sheets
-Complete general office tasks as assigned
Requirements of Bookkeeping Clerk:
-Previous office experience
-Construction background of some kind preferred
-Good computer skills including Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks a plus
-Great attention to detail
-Well organized
-Good Communication skills
Hours: 24-32 hours per week flexible on schedule
Pay Rate: $18.00-$22.00/hr
