Job Description

We are currently seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks. Requesting that you have a knowledge in handyman repair, contruction or residential property maintenance.  Must have your own tools and reliable transportation.  This is a contract labor / 1099 position with a firm starting pay of $15 per hour, with the potential for pay increases after your first 90-days.This job is 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
  • Perform make ready task to prepare unit for next tenant
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance duties

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
  • Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Experience with drywall repair, painting, electrical and plumbling
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
