Planet Fitness is seeking a General Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of club staff and maintain our Judgement Free atmosphere!
Responsibilities:
- Supervise team of club employees
- Maintain a fully staffed schedule
- Train and evaluate employees
- Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
- Resolve escalated customer complaints
- Upkeep club maintenance and cleanliness
- Exemplify our Judgement free philosophy, delivering excellent customer service to our members
Qualifications:
- Previous management experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities and work ethic
