$125,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve sales targets.
• Recruit new sales agents.
• Hire, Train, and Manage a team of sales representatives to drive revenue and meet performance goals.
• Conduct daily and weekly sales training.
• Present regular updates to senior management on market performance and strategic initiatives.
