Receptionist/Front Office Staff at EASTLANSINGFAMILYEYECARE

East Lansing Family Eyecare in East Lansing, MI is looking for a full-time receptionist/front office staff to join our team. We are located on 1905 Abbot Road. Our ideal candidate is friendly, attentive, ambitious, and hard-working. Workdays are Monday-Friday, no weekends!

Responsibilities

• Answer multi-line phones, schedule patients, pull insurance information, set up files for the next exam day. Greet patients as they enter the office. This position offers full-time hours.

Qualifications

• An upbeat and positive attitude is a must in this position. This is the first contact many patients have with the office, we want it to start with a positive experience!
• Multi-tasking. Must be able to answer phones while still providing attention and service to the patients in the office. Cannot get easily rattled, stays calm and courtesy.
• Team player. Needs to be able to work well with the other employees and doctors in the office. Willing to help out wherever needed.
• Clear speaking voice, reliable, friendly. Works well on a computer.
• Payrate $14-$16/hr to start

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $14.00 - $16.00/hour.
