My Deli Market in Miami, FL is looking for baristas to join our team. We are located on 1100 Brickell Bay Drive. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and engaged.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs
• Take orders for the different stations: Coffee & Beverage Bar, Pizza, Sandwich, Bakery and Hot Buffet
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area
• Interact with customers regularly and professionally
• Follow health and safety guidelines

Full Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Be an ambassador for our company .
• Provide a high level of hospitality by creating real connections with customers.
• Prepare delicious beverages by operating a variety of state of the art coffee equipment.
• Maintain work area and equipment to a high degree of cleanliness.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.

• Passionate about hospitality.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
• A multi-tasker that stays cool under pressure.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Previous work experience as a barista a plus, but definitely not required.
• Must have a flexible schedule. Available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to listen and communicate effectively.
• Have attention to detail.
