Injection Molding Process Engineer

The ideal candidate should have the following attributes and/or skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering field or equivalent work experience
• 2+/- years of experience in related field of work
• Plastic shaping, specialization injection molding
• Organizational structures
• Tools
• Specific requirements of individual molded parts
• Removal technique
• Programming technique
• Pneumatics

Main Duties

• Responsible of main Injection Molding KPI’s
• Construction and building of devices with the purpose of rationalization
• Procurement, commissioning, and optimization of periphery machines
• Sampling of new tools and materials
• Starting up and optimization of machines
• Making suggestions to improve the used processes and working methods
• Coordination of process data with material producers
• Sampling/Setting up for new products
• Process approval of customer projects fitters
• Ensure scrap reduction
• Improve tool/ machine cycle time
• Create handover reports/ shift reports
• People skills development
