Responsibilities – General Office Assistant:
- Process vehicle deals
- Inventory maintenance
- Prepare title and registration documents accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare out of state title work and submit to a third-party agency as necessary
- Perform other clerical tasks as requested
Qualifications/Requirements - General Office Assistant:
- DMV/Title experience, in and out of state preferred
- Excellent customer service
- Experience with DealerTrack is a plus.
- Experience with accounting software and other account functions is a PLUS!
- Organizational and phone skills are required
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license
- Be a team-player
- Understand deadlines and be able to apply the appropriate sense of urgency to all tasks
