Bilingual Collections Representative - Part-time

Description:

• Collector will be primarily collecting on medical debt, this will be 80% of the calls while the other 20% will be collecting on business debt.
• 80% outbound calls and 20% inbound calls
• Majority of calls will be 10-90 days past due while a small percentage may be serious debt.
• Collectors will call out to verify information, research customer's case and set up payment plans
• Assist and educate customers on setting up the best payment option that suits their financial needs best
• Navigate on complex computer system and assure information is entered in accurately

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience in call center

• Intermediate Level
