Roles & Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the Service Desk ensuring timely resolution of incidents and requests.
  • Implement and handle incident management processes to minimize impact on service quality.
  • Use MS Excel and Windows for data analysis and reporting to improve service desk performance.
  • Work with BMC Remedy and Service Now to streamline incident and change management processes.
  • Develop and integrate Chatbots to enhance user experience and automate routine tasks.
  • Participate in Change Lifecycle Management activities to ensure seamless service modifications.
  • Support Service Desk - UAM (User Access Management) initiatives to enhance security and user access controls.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to identify and implement service improvement opportunities.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in IT service management.
  • Deliver training and support to junior team members on service desk operations.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Service Desk and Incident Management is required.
  • Familiarity with MS Excel and Windows for operational tasks and reporting is highly desirable.
  • Experience with BMC Remedy and Service Now for efficient incident and change management is dvantageous.

- Knowledge of Chatbots Change Lifecycle Management and Service Desk - UAM will be a plus.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment is crucial
