At Central Plateau Cleanup Company (CPCCo), located in Richland, Washington, we are working to provide a sustainable future for the historic Hanford area through the protection of the Columbia River and the remediation of the Central Plateau. Our Project Integration team is seeking an experienced and dynamic Estimator who is a self-starter willing to support the extended project team and take an active part in making them successful.

The Estimator duties may include, but are not limited to the following:
* Utilize broad-based knowledge in the development of high-quality estimates working within established procedures.
* Develop risk informed FAR-compliant estimates for consistency with project management principles, project plans, and milestones. This will include using Sage estimating software to prepare estimates in support of Task Order Proposals. Coordinating Basis of Estimate and certified backup document preparation with Control Account Managers, Subject Matter Experts, and Project Controls. Performing peer reviews on work performed by others to identify and document potential issues.
* Assist program functions while developing a working knowledge of project controls systems, processes and functions.
* Support project teams in the development of baseline, capital asset, planning rough order of magnitude, fair cost, and plant force work review estimates at various stages and definition.
* Proactive in contacting and providing follow up with internal clients and persuasive and persistent in communications; have the ability to prioritize work and to develop and maintain positive working relationships with CPCCo team members at all levels.
* Develop a working knowledge of the following: P6 scheduling software, COBRA cost system, and other project management tools.
* This position requires discretion and independent judgment with respect to the selection and use of procurement sensitive and official use only information in estimates and proposals.

Basic Qualifications
* Career Level Grade 16: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with 5 or more years of relevant experience.
* Senior Level Grade 18: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with 8 or more years of relevant experience.

The higher posted level has greater scope, complexity, authority, impact. The level offered to the selected candidate will be based on the needs of the company and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience.

Desired Qualifications
* Previous Experience in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, and ability to effectively interact with and convey information to company personnel and management.
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment with attention to detail.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, and more importantly Excel).
* Knowledge of Sage estimating software.

Compensation & Benefits
In accordance with the CPCCo salary determination process, CPCCo takes into consideration the level of assigned job duties and responsibilities, and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience relative to internal peers and the external labor market. CPCCo will not solicit salary history for candidates.

Expected annualized pay range based on full time schedule (40 hours per week):

* Career Level Grade 16: $86,138 - $108,513
* Senior Level Grade 18: $104,175 - $131,425

In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for variable pay awards.
