Quality Assurance Manager

Pacific International has been retained by a global Fortune 200 manufacturing company that offers an extensive range of products, the organization is able to serve diverse clients across several industries. To continuously improve their operations, they are consistently assessing their processes, efficiencies, and leadership mindset - all while striving for excellence to ensure high performance and maintain their well-established position in the market.

This site is currently undergoing a large transformation in quality and are looking for a Quality Systems Leader to lead system requirements and upgrades. In addition, help implement quality management improvement programs including automotive QMS core tool usage, supplier and raw material management processes, and Films improvement projects related to quality including but not limited to system implementation, standardization, and automation.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM program
• Extensive ISO9001:2015 QMS knowledge and experience including lead auditor training and certification.
• Strong Quality Engineering mindset and experience, quality tool usage knowledge (FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, PPAP).
• Good interpersonal skills to allow productive and collaborative relationships with internal and external customers, vendors/suppliers/contract mfg partners, 3rd party auditors, operations teams, and technical personnel.
• Must be self-motivated and have great attention to detail.
• Demonstrated skill to work individually, as a member of a team, and through influence.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
• Desired: IATF16949 knowledge including lead auditor training and certification.
